At Onli Foods (brand: Onli Spices), we believe that great spices should reach every kitchen in India — fresh, fast, and safely packed. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
  • During festive seasons, sale events, or peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any such delays proactively.

2. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 7– 9 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 7–10 business days
  • Remote and Rural Areas / J&K / North-East India: 8 –12 business days

Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹ 50 to 100 for orders below the free shipping threshold
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment

We periodically run free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay updated.


4. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Our delivery partners include but are not limited to:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • Ecom Express
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select remote locations)

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your PIN code and order weight.


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details
  • A WhatsApp/SMS notification (if you have opted in) with a tracking link

You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided or through the tracking section on our website.

6. PACKAGING

At Onli Spices, we take packaging seriously—not just for aesthetics but for freshness and safety. All our products are:

  • Sealed in food-grade, airtight packaging to preserve freshness and aroma
  • Packed in sturdy outer packaging to withstand transit handling
  • Bubble-wrapped or padded for glass jars or fragile items
  • Shipped with an invoice and packing slip inside the package

We are actively working towards eco-friendly and sustainable packaging as part of our commitment to responsible business practices.


7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select pin codes and for orders below ₹499.

  • COD availability will be confirmed at the checkout stage based on your pin code
  • A nominal COD handling fee of ₹ 50 – 100 INR may be applicable
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account

8. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

In the event your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

The order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO). In such cases:

  • We will contact you to confirm a re-delivery—re-delivery charges will apply
  • If re-delivery is not possible or not requested within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping charges and return shipping charges

9. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, please:

  • Take clear photos/video of the outer packaging and the damaged product immediately upon receipt
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at onlispices@gmail.com or +91 9370937763

We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy. Claims raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.


10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently ship only within India
  • International shipping is not available at this time (coming soon)
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses
  • Delivery to certain remote pin codes may not be serviceable—this will be indicated at checkout
